Durkin's Super Bowl Pick: 49ers Win
By Dan Durkin-
(CBS) And then there were two.
There's a strong possibility neither of these teams would be in position to win it all if they didn't make bold, season-changing decisions. I'm anxious to see the defensive gameplan the Ravens have devised to counter the diverse, throwback (with a modern spin) 49ers' attack. The Ravens have success with the deep ball, but teams with controlled passing attacks have given the 49ers the most trouble this season.;
I originally picked the Ravens to make the Super Bowl and lose to the Packers. Despite a different NFC representative, the 49ers' powerful running attack and adroit Colin Kaepernick will produce the same result.
49ers win 27-24.
(Season record: 175-90-1)
