Two Shot In Gage Park Neighborhood
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two men were shot late Friday in the Southwest Side Gage Park neighborhood.
They were walking in the 5200 block of South California Avenue at 11:33 p.m. when someone started shooting, police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.
One man, 19, was shot in the back and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, Gaines said. The other man, 20, was shot in the side and taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.
Both are in good condition early Saturday, Gaines said.
No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
