Man Walking On Lake Michigan Ice Rescued

CHICAGO (CBS) — A man who was walking on the ice in Lake Michigan was pulled to safety by Chicago firefighters on Tuesday morning.

The man was walking at the Monroe Harbor break wall when a Chicago Fire Department boat rescued him about 7:30 a.m.

The man was unharmed and did not fall through the ice.

Paramedics were at the harbor to evaluate the man.
