fun. are nominated for six GRAMMY Awards, including Album of the Year, Song Of The Year, Record Of The Year and Best New Artist. The band is predicted a likely winner among everyone from Olly Murs and fellow nominee Ed Sheeran to GRAMMY voting member Taylor Swift. Here’s what these bands had to say of the band’s likelihood of taking home a GRAMMY.

GRAMMY nominee, performer and voter Taylor Swift has a feeling fun. will have a good night.

“I really like the Lumineers. And I like fun. a lot. For me, it feels like a really fun year this year,” she told 99.5 WYCD/Detroit.

Fellow Song of the Year nominee Ed Sheeran is sure fun. will win the GRAMMY.

“I really like the fun. song and I think [it] will probably win,” he confessed.

Olly Murs explained how fun.’s “We Are Young,” nominated both for Record of the Year and Song of the Year, is a song that took everyone by surprise.

“I get jealous of bands that come from nowhere and just have one of them songs that you wish you wrote yourself,” Murs said. “It’s just become an anthem across the world. We all know the song. Instantly when it comes on you know it, you just start singing it.”

Murs says “We Are Young” is a song that hits every age group.

“Everyone loves it. This song is a very strong contender. When I looked at the list … there are some really big songs [nominated for Song of the Year] but I do think that fun. can potentially knick it but Carly Rae Jepsen has a big, big song as well.”

Paramore further explained that fun. are the reason they’ll be watching the GRAMMYs this year.

“I haven’t been this excited about the GRAMMYs in a long time,” Taylor York, the band’s guitarist said. “fun. are some of our best friends and label mates, so we’re always rooting for them in every way. We really hope that they take all of them,” regarding the band’s multiple nods. “Six nominations, that’s like Beyoncé status,” commented singer Hayley Williams.

Taylor isn’t alone being a fan of the band. Lifehouse also expressed their appreciation for the New York-based trio.

“Man, I hope fun. wins,” frontman Jason Wade told Radio.com. “I think they’re fantastic. They’re just channelling something that’s really special right now.”

Wade said while he enjoyed the band’s first single “We Are Young,” it was “Some Nights” that struck a chord.

“They really made me a fan when they released ‘Some Nights.’ I feel like he channels Freddie Mercury a little bit,” Wade explained. “It’s really timely and authentic. And then when you see them perform the stuff on TV live it’s fantastic. We’re fans.”
