Report: Josh Brent Was Driving 110-134 MPH Before Fatal Crash

(CBS)  According to police documents, Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was driving between 110-134 mph before he lost control of his Mercedes in the accident that killed teammate Jerry Brown.

NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth obtained documents that confirm three different surveillance cameras captured the car before the crash.

Brent's blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit at the time of the crash.

In mid-December Brent, who had a DUI arrest in 2009, was speeding on State Highway 114 in Irving, Texas, when he hit a curb, police said. His Mercedes flipped and slid down the road on its roof, killing the 25-year-old Brown.
