Fire Closes Chicago Heights Polling Station
CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. (CBS) -- A polling place in Lincoln Heights was forced to close because of a nearby fire, according to a release from the Cook County Clerk's office.
The polling station at the Golden Towers Senior City in Precinct 46 has closed due to a fire breaking out across the street at 3 p.m.
Voters in Precinct 46 can vote at Precinct 6, Lincoln School at 1520 Center Ave., Chicago Heights.
