Hester Posts 'I'm A Bear 4 Life' To Instagram Account
(CBS) In the minutes after Devin Hester found out Lovie Smith had been fired, the greatest return man in NFL history shocked the league.
"I'm going to go home and get away from football right now," he said. "I don't even know if I want to play again."
Hester is entering the final year of his contract, but on Tuesday, he posted a picture to his Instagram account of himself from a Bears game with the following caption:
"For all my Bears fan #yes. I'm a bear 4 life.# Beardown!!!!!"
The Bears and new head coach Marc Trestman have yet to address Hester's status for the 2013 season.
