Grammy Winner fun. To Headline At Taste Of Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Grammy-winning pop group fun. will headline this year's Taste of Chicago concerts.
The New Jersey group will perform at 5:30 p.m. on July 10 at the Petrillo Music Shell, to kick off the concerts at this year's Taste, according to the city's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events.
The band won two Grammys – Best New Artist and Song of the Year – at the 55th annual Grammy Awards this year.
Indie rock band Delta Spirit will play with fun. at the opening concert.
Tickets for the reserved seating area will be $25 each, while lawn seating will be free. Tickets go on sale in May.
The other headliners for the five-day Taste have not yet been announced. However, some confirmed artists include Kelly Hogan, Lil' Ed and the Blues Imperials, the Congregation, Canasta, and Company of Thieves.
