(CBS) — Former Detroit Lions Defensive End Cliff Avril has signed a two-year contract with the Seattle Seahawks, according to a report by ESPN.
Avril signed a two-year contract worth $15 million total. Last season, Avril recorded 9.5 sacks and two forced fumbles with the Lions and has 39. 5 sacks and 16 forced fumbles since entering the league in 2008.
