The Illinois State Treasurer’s office is auctioning off more than 12,000 pieces of unclaimed property in its possession, including dozens of rare coins, and several pieces of jewelry.

All the items were left in safe deposit boxes or bank accounts that went unclaimed for at least five years. To view the items up for bid, click here.
