Police Release Photo Of SW Side Robbery Suspect
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Police released a surveillance photo of a suspect who robbed several retail stores on the Southwest Side in March.
The suspect displays a handgun and demands money from the register and store safe before fleeing, according to a community alert from Area Central detectives.
The robberies have occurred in following locations:
5000 block of South Pulaski Avenue at 8:55 p.m. on March 27
4800 block of South Cicero Avenue at 8:45 p.m. on March 28
4700 block of West 47th Street at 4:28 p.m. on April 6
6100 block of South Archer Avenue at 8:55 p.m. on April 9
The suspect is described as a black man, 30-32 years old, 6-feet-1 to 6-feet-2, and 160-170 pounds, the alert said.
