Bears Sign G/T Eben Britton To 1-Year Contract

(CBS) The Bears announced today they have signed guard/tackle Eben Britton to a one-year contract.

Britton, 6-foot-6, 308 pounds, has started 30 of 38 games in four seasons for the Jaguars.

He was selected by Jacksonville in the second round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He's started 23 games at right tackle and seven at left guard.

During the 2012 season, Britton started five of 11 games played with Jacksonville, all at left guard.
