Sesame Noodle Bowl recipe:
Yield: 24 oz · Servings: 4 · Serving Size: 6 oz
1/4 cup Carrots
1/4 cup edamame
7 oz whole wheat spaghetti
4 fl oz Dressing – Asian (see subrecipe)
In a large pot of salted boiling water cook spaghetti 6 minutes. Drain; place under cool running water 2 minutes. Drain well. In a large bowl combine spaghetti, carrots, edamame and dressing. Using tongs or two large forks mix well to combine. Cool and store according to state and federal food safety regulations. To portion, serve 6-ounce portions per person. Serve cold.
