4-Year-Old Seriously Injured In Fall From 2nd Floor Window
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A young boy was injured Saturday afternoon in a fall from a second floor window on the West Side.
At approximately 12:30 p.m., the child fell out of the second floor window of a home in the 1800 block of South Harding Avenue, according to Fire Media Affairs. The child is a 4-year-old boy, according to police, who did not immediately have any additional details. Fire Media had said the child was 5 years old.
The child was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital initially listed in serious to critical condition, according to Fire Media. As of about 2:30 p.m. though, he was in good condition, Fire Media said.
