Stalberg Returns To Lineup For Game 3

(CBS) Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville is giving his team a new look for Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final.

After he was a healthy scratch in Games 1 and 2, Viktor Stalberg will replace Brandon Bollig for tonight’s game in Boston as the Blackhawks look to take a 2-1 series lead over the Bruins.

“It’s never fun watching from the sidelines,” Stalberg told the Tribune following the Hawks’ morning skate at TD Garden. “I’m excited to get back in and hopefully go out there and play my game.”

Stalberg’s line included Marcus Kruger and fellow winger Michael Frolik during the team’s morning skate.

“I can bring some speed and some energy for the guys,” Stalberg said. “I haven’t been able to finish in the playoffs so far but hopefully I can bring a little scoring touch too.”
