Hundreds Of Heat Fans Head Home, Miss Dramatic Game 6 Ending

(CBS) This might be why Miami Heat fans are considered some of the worst sports fans in the world.

With the Heat trailing the Spurs by four points with 28 seconds left in Game 6 of the NBA Finals, American Airlines arena in Miami began to empty.

In a game LeBron James called “by far the best game I’ve ever been a part of” the Heat faithful just couldn’t wait it out.

As we know now, the Heat miraculously tied the game, forcing overtime, where they won 103-100 to force an all-important Game 7.

But still, hundreds of fans missed that dramatic ending and were pounding on the stadiums doors trying to get back in.
