Police: Vehicle Stolen In Burglary At Stoops' Home

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Police in Norman are investigating a burglary at the home of Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops.

Norman police Lt. Eric Lehenbauer says a vehicle and other items were stolen early Wednesday from Stoops' home. Lehenbauer says several members of the Stoops family were home at the time of the burglary, but no one was injured.

Police did not release additional details, citing the ongoing investigation.

It wasn't immediately clear if Stoops was home during the burglary. He and several Oklahoma players were in Wichita, Kan., on Wednesday night for an appearance at an OU Club of Wichita event.
