CHICAGO (CBS) -- A South Side woman continues her fight to find her brother's killers, though it's been six years since his death, reports WBBM's Brandis Friedman.

After releasing purple and white balloons with love notes to Timothy Hart, his sister Stacy Hart tearfully strolled down the alley where he was killed n in 2006.

Today, Hart is passing out flyers with a dozen other friends and family, many of them with mothers who lost their children to violence. It is something she does often to keep the search for her brother's killers alive.

"I've done it twice a year for the past six years and I've gotten nowhere yet but I am never going to give up," said Stacy Hart.

Timothy Hart was 28-years-old when he was shot and killed on Christmas Eve 2006 while walking three friends through an alley to their apartment, not even a block from his own apartment at 63rd Street and South Troy.
