Man Slain In Church Parking Lot
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 39-year-old man was shot and killed in a church parking lot in the Auburn-Gresham neighborhood on Wednesday.
Police said the man was shot in the head at about 9:30 a.m. at 1301 W. 87th St. That is the address of the Progressive Beulah Pentecostal Church.
Two vehicles were seen fleeing the scene after the shooting, police said.
A church employee could not provide any details on the shooting, but said the incident was unrelated to the church.
