(STMW) -- A woman's death Friday at her Auburn Gresham home on the South Side was heat-related, an autopsy has determined.

Hazel Perisee, 62, died at her home in the 1800 block of West 79th Street at 1:34 p.m. Friday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

An autopsy Saturday found Perisee died of cardiovascular disease and heat stress was a contributing factor, according to the medical examiner's office.

Perisee's death is the third heat-related death of the season in Cook County.
