Video: Wheaton Academy Junior Makes 135 3-pointers In 5 Minutes
(CBS) Now, we all know who we'd never want to play a game of knock-out against.
Wheaton Academy junior Josh Ruggles posted a video to YouTube over the weekend detailing his efforts to break WNBA player Laurie Koehn's performance of making 132 3-pointers in five minutes.
Well, Ruggles, who won the IHSA three-point contest in March, made 135 3-pointers in five minutes, missing just 12, for an average of a bucket every 2.2 seconds.
The video, posted on August 8, had over 220,000 views as of Monday morning.
