Bears Rank Eighth On Forbes' Most Valuable NFL Teams List
(CBS) With an estimated net worth of $1.25 billion, the Bears rank eight on the 2013 list of NFL team values, according to Forbes.com.
Topping the list is the Cowboys for the seventh consecutive year with a value of $2.3 billion.
The Patriots come in second, followed by the Redskins in third with valuations of $1.8 an $1.7 billion, respectively.
The NFL's 32 teams are worth an average of $1.17 billion, a 5 percent increase from 2012.
Earlier this year, Forbes valued the Cubs at $1 billion and the White Sox at $692 million.
