Man Hurt In Englewood Shooting Dies
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man critically wounded in a shooting Saturday night in Englewood has died.
The 19-year-old man was standing near South Morgan and West 70th streets about 7:15 p.m. when he "heard shots and felt pain," police and fire officials said.
He was shot in the back and in critical condition, authorities said.
Marcus Rush, 19, of the 2600 block of South King Drive, died at 2:05 a.m. Sunday at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, the Cook County Medical Examiner's office said.
Area South detectives are investigating.
