Man Shot In Woodlawn
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot in the Woodlawn neighborhood Sunday afternoon.
The man, believed to be 24 years old, was shot in the right thigh about 3:45 p.m. in the 600 block of East 67th Street, said police News Affairs Sgt. Antoinette Ursitti, citing preliminary information.
The man was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in "stable" condition, Ursitti said.
No one was in custody as Area Central detectives investigated.
