(CBS) The Bears announced Tuesday they have signed defensive back Sean Cattouse to the practice squad, while terminating the contract of running back Harvey Unga.

The 6-2, 210-pound Cattouse entered the NFL with the San Diego Chargers in 2012 as an undrafted free agent out of the University of California.

The Chicago native and Hubbard High School alum was a three-time All-Pac-10/12 selection that played in 49 games with 26 starts for Cal (2008-11), recording 185 tackles, seven interceptions, 17 pass breakups, seven tackles for losses, two sacks and two fumble recoveries.
