The Big K Burger

Ingredients:
1- Pretzel Roll
1- 1 Pound Burger
2 cups of Margarine
3 tablespoons of Garlic Powder
1 sliced Sweet Onion
3 slices American Cheese

Directions:
1. Place the sliced onions on griddle with ½ to 1 cup of margarine and 2 tablespoons garlic powder. Grill until caramelized. Drain frying pan of excess butter or scrape griddle of excess to grease trap
2. On same griddle, cook the burgers to medium (or temperature of choosing)
3. Make the Garlic Pretzel Bread by using the margarine accordingly on the inside slices of the Pretzel Roll. Sprinkle remaining garlic powder on roll. Modify garlic based on taste
4. Place caramelized onions on the burger and lay American cheese on the onions, encasing the onions on the burger. Allow cheese to melt around the onions
5. Take the cooked garlic pretzel bread and place burger on it using your spatula to flatten the burger and bun
6. Slice and Serve!
