Blackhawks To Visit White House, President Obama Monday

(CBS) -- President Barack Obama will host the Chicago Blackhawks at the White House on Monday, Nov. 4, to honor them for winning the 2013 Stanley Cup.

According to the White House press release, the team will also be visiting the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to, "to thank our veterans, wounded warriors, and their families for their courage and service to our country."

The Blackhawks are scheduled to meet with the President at 1 p.m. Chicago time.
