CHICAGO (CBS) – Derrick Rose missed practice Thursday morning, due to a sore neck, but told reporters “hell yeah, for sure I’m going to play tonight” in the Bulls’ game against the Knicks.
DRose: "I don’t know what play did it or whatever. My body just has to get used to playing. My knee is good. It’s just my neck."—

Chicago Tribune reporter K.C. Johnson tweeted Rose told reporters his knee is fine, and he doesn’t expect to miss the second game of the regular season.
Rose scored 12 points and had 4 assists in 34 minutes in the season opener against the Heat, after missing 18 months while recovering from a torn ACL in his left knee.
