Man Shot In Uptown
(STMW) -- A man was shot in the Uptown neighborhood on the North Side Monday afternoon.
Police responded about 3:45 p.m. to the 4700 block of North Beacon Street, where a man was found shot in the abdomen, according to police News Affairs.
He was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
The victim's age was not immediately known.
