Police: Suspect Burns Man Caught With His Girlfriend
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man burned another man's genitals with a lighter after finding him with his girlfriend Monday afternoon, police said.
The 30-year-old man was hurt when the man caught him with his girlfriend about noon at an apartment in the 4400 block of South Honore Street, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.
The man attacked suffered burns to his genitals, and was taken to Holy Cross Hospital, police said. He was later transferred to the University of Chicago Medical Center in "stable" condition.
No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
