2013′s Week #10 Winner: Gina’s Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

2 lbs. raw jumbo shrimp (deveined and peeled)

1 lb. of mozzarella cheese – cut into 1/2 (inch?) strips

1 lb. bacon

1 jar soy sauce


1. Clean Shrimp

2. Along back of shrimp, stuff with 2 pieces of mozzarella cheese inside shrimp

3. Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around shrimp to hold in cheese

4. Place on a cookie sheet

5. Once all shrimp are stuffed and wrapped, drizzle soy sauce on each shrimp

6. Let sit for 15 minutes

7. Grill Shrimp until pink and bacon cooked (usually about 10 minutes per side)

8. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
