Steltz, Robertson Active For Bears

By Adam Hoge-

ST. LOUIS (CBS) — Bears safety Craig Steltz cleared concussion protocol and is active for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Steltz suffered the concussion in overtime of last week's win over the Baltimore Ravens.

Defensive tackle Tracy Robertson is also active for the Bears. He was promoted from the practice squad Friday and has never appeared in an NFL game. Until Friday, he was listed as a defensive end on the Bears roster.

The Bears are thin at defensive tackle as Stephen Paea is out with turf toe.

The availability of Steltz is important for the Bears' special teams unit, which has been thinned out by injuries to starters this season. Rams returner Tavon Austin is dangerous and the Bears can use all the help they can get Sunday.

Here are the inactives for both teams:

Chicago Bears
LB Lance Briggs
OL James Brown
QB Jay Cutler
DT Stephen Paea
DT Jeremiah Ratliff
OT Jonathan Scott
DE Cornelius Washington

St. Louis Rams
DT Matt Conrath
OG Harvey Dahl
C Barrett Jones
OL Mike Person
CB Quinton Pointer
RB Daryl Richardson
DE Gerald Rivers
