UFC Fighter Josh Thomson Talks With 670 The Score's Brendan McCaffrey

(WSCR) UFC fans might want to circle Jan. 25, 2014 on their calendars.

That Saturday evening at the United Center in Chicago, No. 4 lightweight contender Josh Thomson will take on the No. 1 lightweight contender Ben Henderson at the UFC on FOX 10 headliner.

"This is a great opportunity for both of us - for him to get back on the winning track and for me to get one step closer to my title shot, one that was taken away from me," the ex-Strikeforce titleholder Thomson told 670 The Score's Brendan McCaffrey. "We know it's a business. We're civil with each other. We respect each other a lot. I think this is going to be a great fight. The people who are going to win in this fight are the fans. The fans are going to get a great fight out of this. That's what I think it's going to be."

Tickets for the fight go on sale at 11 a.m. CT this Friday, Dec. 6.
