Police: Man Shot, Killed On Far South Side

CHICAGO (STMW) — A man was shot to death in the Far South Side Morgan Park neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, police said.
About 4:40 p.m., officers responding to a call of shots fired discovered the 30-year-old with a gunshot wound to his head in the 11200 block of South Ada Street, police said. He was dead at the scene.The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office confirmed the death, but declined to release additional details Tuesday evening.
No one was in custody as Area South detectives investigated.
