CHICAGO (WSCR) — 670 The Score will be hosting the 2014 Celebrity Roast of Doug Buffone presented by UV Vodka and Belvedere Events & Banquets on Friday, March 14th. The event will consist of the biggest names in Chicago sports honoring the life and career of Chicago football great and Score Post Game host Doug Buffone.
The event will be hosted by 670 The Score’s own Matt Abbatacola and roasters include Score on-air hosts Terry Boers, Brian Hanley, Dan McNeil and Hub Arkush, along with some of Doug’s closest friends.
“When you think of Chicago Football, Chicago Sports, and a true Chicago guy, there is only one person that comes to mind, Doug Buffone,” said Mitch Rosen, Program Director of WSCR 670 The Score. “This special event will be a night where memories are made, jokes are told, and people will walk away saying I can’t believe what I just saw! The Doug Buffone Roast is a can’t miss event.”

The 2014 Celebrity Roast of Doug Buffone will take place March 14 at 7:00pm at Belvedere Events and Banquets in Elk Grove Village. Ticket price is $115.00 per person, which includes a 4-hour premium open bar, hors d’oeuvres, your choice of dinner entrée, dessert and the Roast program.
A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit the Turning Pointe Autism Foundation. The mission of Turning Pointe Autism Foundation is to assist individuals and families as they navigate through the lifelong impact of Autism. From an initial diagnosis through adulthood, Turning Pointe provides specialized services that help impacted individuals maximize their unique skills and abilities. Turning Pointe’s programs and initiatives include Turning Pointe Therapeutic Day School, Turning Pointe Career College, family and home support, and a residential initiative.
