(CBS) If you haven’t seen Bulls center Joakim Noah lose his mind on the referees in the third quarter of his team’s 99-70 loss at Sacramento last night, you ought to. Because the aftermath of his ejection was unique.
He spoke his mind with a simple two-word phrase to each and every official.
Noah later apologized, telling the Chicago Tribune, “I’m really disappointed. I shouldn’t have acted that way. I apologize. I’m sorry to all three referees out there. They’re out there trying to do their jobs and I should never have said the things that I said. I hope they accept my apology and I hope I can move on from this.”
As of late Tuesday morning, there had been no announcement of a fine for Noah over his tirade.
