Police: Serial Burglar Arrested In Lincoln Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police say they've caught a serial burglar in the act.
WBBM Newsradio's Regine Schlesinger reports, so far, 34-year-old Arthur Nielsen has been charged with three home burglaries.
Police had been investigating break-in's on the North and Near North Sides for a while, when they got information of where the thief might strike next.
They set up a stakeout at a three-flat in the 2200 block of North Geneva Terrace in Lincoln Park where they saw Neilsen go into the building Wednesday afternoon. Officers arrested him as he came out with his loot.
