Two Men Shot In Woodlawn
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two men were shot Tuesday night in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side.
About 8:40 p.m., two men -- ages 37 and 43 -- were walking on the sidewalk in the in the 1500 block of East 67th Street when two male suspects exited a red sedan and fired shots at the men, police said.
The 37-year-old was shot in the lower left leg and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in "stable" condition, police said. The 43-year-old also suffered a gunshot wound to the lower left leg, and was taken to Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center, where he was listed in "stable" condition.
No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
