(CBS) Derrick Rose is out for the season with a right knee injury, but the ABC cameras found him plenty during the Bulls’ 109-90 win against the Knicks on Sunday at the United Center. And that meant a national television audience also got an up-close look at Rose’s adorable son, PJ, who may have won over some new fans.
While displaying some dribbling skills, PJ was also at the center of a joke from ESPN color analyst Jeff Van Gundy. The barb surely had to burn Bulls fans, who have become accustomed to life without Rose.
“I hope he has better knees than his dad,” Van Gundy said.
