CHICAGO (STMW) — A 15-year-old boy was stabbed and robbed early Sunday in the Little Village neighborhood on the West Side.

The attack happened about 2:20 a.m. in the 2700 block of South Homan Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Jose Estrada said.

The teen was approached by a group of males in an alley who stole his wallet and stabbed him in the neck, Estrada said.

The boy was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, Estrada said.

No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
