(CBS) No disciplinary hearing has been set by the NHL for the hit that the Penguins’ Brooks Orpik delivered that injured Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews on Sunday evening, the Chicago Tribune reported.

Toews suffered what appeared to be a left arm injury on a second-period hit that some believed bordered on being dirty. Toews avoided serious injury, as he’s day-to-day moving forward, Chicago coach Joel Quenneville said.
