Woman Shot In Head In Humboldt Park
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A woman was seriously wounded in a Humboldt Park neighborhood shooting Wednesday night on the West Side.
The 44-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to the head about 8:25 p.m. after a male suspect fired shots into a gas station from the outside in the 900 block of North Pulaski Road, police said.
The woman was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police added.
No one is in custody as Area North detectives investigate.
