(CBS) There have been many memorable flops in the NBA in recent years — the double-flop submitted by the Thunder last year being one — but in the search for the worst one of this season, Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo took control of the race in the season’s final week with his antics last night.
While defending in transition against Atlanta’s Jeff Teague, Rondo starts to fall backward. When Teague dodges past him without touching him, Rondo just keeps falling anyway. Rondo will likely be fined by the league.
Check out how egregious it is below. The flop happens around the 30-second mark.
