Bulls Waive Tornike Shengelia

(CBS) The Bulls have waived little used forward Tornike Shengelia, the team announced Monday.

Shengelia played in just nine games for Chicago, averaging 0.4 points in 1.9 minutes per game. The Bulls now have 14 players on their roster.

Chicago is 47-33, in a tie for the third seed in the East with Toronto, which holds the tiebreaker. The Bulls host the Magic tonight at the United Center before finishing the regular season against the Bobcats in Charlottte on Wednesday.
