The two others, also taken to Mount Sinai, were in good condition. A 19-year-old woman was shot in the buttocks, and a 21-year-old man had a gunshot wound to the hand.

The most recent non-fatal shooting occurred about 1:30 a.m. Friday in West Pullman on the Far South Side.

The 25-year-old was shot in the mouth and leg, and was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Greer said. The 29-year-old suffered a graze wound to the shoulder and refused medical attention at the scene.

About 10:20 p.m. Thursday, a 16-year-old boy was shot in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood on the South Side. The boy was shot in the leg in the 4200 block of South Wabash Avenue, police said. He was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in “stable” condition.
