(CBS) Bulls assistant coach Adrian Griffin is a “top candidate” for the Cavaliers’ coaching opening, according to USA Today.

Griffin has been on the staff of Tom Thibodeau since the latter arrived in Chicago in 2010. Previously, he spent two seasons as an assistant to Scott Skiles in Milwaukee. The 39-year-old Griffin also interviewed for openings with the 76ers and Pistons last year before the jobs went to others.
