(CBS) The Bears announced four minor roster moves Monday morning, signing running back Senorise Perry and safety Marcus Trice and waiving punter Drew Butler and running back Willie Carter.

A rookie, the 6-foot, 187-pound Perry had a variety of roles at Louisville last year, rushing for 677 yards, registering 178 receiving yards and also returning kicks.

Also a rookie, the 5-foot-8, 193-pound Trice is a product of North Texas, registering a combined 153 tackles, seven interceptions and 10 pass break-ups in starting all 25 games the past two seasons. He was named first-team all-Conference USA last season.

Butler wasn’t on an active NFL roster in 2013. Carter signed with the Bears late during the 2013 season.
