Four Shot In Oakland Neighborhood
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Four people were shot Tuesday evening in the Oakland neighborhood on the South Side.
The shooting happened in the 3700 block of South Langley Avenue about 5:30 p.m., police News Affairs Officer Thomas Sweeney said.
All four people shot made it on their own to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, police said.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the buttocks and was in "stable" condition; a 40-year-old man received a graze wound to the hip and was in "stable" condition; a 31-year-old woman was shot in the arm and was in good condition and a 30-year-old man was shot in the chin, neck and chest and was listed in serious condition, police said.
