CHICAGO (CBS) — The medical examiner says a woman whose body was found off Navy Pier Saturday night drowned after a boat accident and there is speculation she was a passenger on a boat that sank a month ago.

It was about 6:15 p.m. when the woman’s body was found about a mile off Navy Pier.

The woman has not yet been identified, but the medical examiner’s office says she was apparently in her 20s.

A young woman is still officially listed as missing in the lake – after a boat accident almost a month ago.

That 33-foot motorboat had four people on board.

A 29-year-old male survivor was rescued about 12 hours after the boat went down. That man has been recuperating.

A 26-year-old lawyer, Ashley Haws, was also rescued but she died later. Still missing: the owner of the boat.
