CHICAGO (CBS) – Police in southwest suburban Lockport located a baby girl that was reported missing by the baby’s mother.

The seven-month-old girl Vivianna LeBlance was located by police at around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday with her father, Christopher LeBlanc, as he returned to his residence. She was reported to be in good health and returned to her mother.

Police said Vivianna’s father took her from her home in the 1900 block of Hamilton Street around 3 a.m. Tuesday. Police interviewed the father and found no criminal intent regarding the incident.

Lockport Police Lt. Ron Huff said Vivianna didn’t qualify for an AMBER Alert, because police don’t believe she’s in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm.
